    We are pleased to tell you we accept Visa or Mastercard along with Paypal. We also accept cashiers checks and money orders. Sorry no personal checks accepted. Please note if you pay with a cashiers check or money order, we cannot process your order until the funds are available.

  6. How do I order online?
    Placing your orders online is easy and enjoyable. Simply select the products that you would like to purchase and place them in your shopping cart. Once you finish shopping select the “checkout” tab and begin your checkout process. Once you fill out your shipping and billing information just submit your order.

    The Favor Boutique has a minimum order requirement on most all of our products. The minimum quantity is listed next to each unit price.

  9. How long does it take to receive products?
    All products on our web site provide a shipping lead-time. This lead-time states the time that is needed to process your order and ship from our shopping center. This lead-time does not include shipping transit time.

    Yes! The Favor Boutique will try our best to accommodate your needs with your upcoming dates. These rush orders will be subject to a nominal fee. Please contact us directly via our toll free number 1-877- 664-2577 for further details

  11. What is your exchange policy or refund policy?
    Here at The Favor Boutique we want your complete satisfaction. We are confident that you will be pleased with the quality of our products. Although, if you are not satisfied wth your purchase you can return the products for a full refund. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your product to obtain a return authorization number. We do not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized you will receive your refund less any shipping and handling fees. Please note that all personalized products, handmade sachets, samples, perishable merchandize, special order items, rush order items are not returnable. Personalized favor tags that have an error in them (IE: misspelled names or dates) will be replaced only. Not the entire favor. You will only receive a replacement tag. All returns must be in its original form and packaging. We must receive the return within 10 days of the return authorization being issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet any and all of these terms and conditions.

  12. How do I cancel or change my order?
    All you have to do is call our toll free number and request a cancel or change. You may do this as long as your order has not been processed or shipped. Cancellations may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    You must file these claims with our customer service department within 7 business days of receiving your order. Please call our toll free number at 1-877-664-2577. Please note that The Favor Boutique is not responsible for missing packages or damaged merchandise resulting from the shipping carrier.

Please note… Many of our products we offer are handmade.  You may see a minor variation from actual product that you receive.  Even the color tint of our product may differ than pictured on our website because all monitors display color differently from one to another. 

We are not responsible for any delays in shipping due to weather elements, natural disasters, acts of terror, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Be sure you have ordered at least the minimum required for all favors.  Check your orders prior to processing.  Please check spelling of names, dates, etc…

We do not ship to any PO box, AFO/FPO Addresses.  The shipping address must match that on the billing address or products will not be shipped.  This is for your security.
